CLA Turkey

CLA Türkiye, formerly ERG and Partners, was established in Istanbul by Yasin Ergün, a former budget owner at Deloitte Türkiye, initially focusing on audit and assurance services.

ERG's service offering was expanded into corporate finance advisory as well as tax and outsourcing in the following years with new firms joining. Erkan Erken, another former budget owner at Deloitte Türkiye (based in Istanbul) leads the financial advisory services and Ramazan Oruç (a former state tax inspector) and Erkan Çolakoğlu (a former budget owner at PwC Türkiye) leads the tax and outsourcing services in Istanbul and Bursa offices. The client base of ERG and Partners comprises of top tier companies from a variety of industries as well as professional investment firms.
